Welcome to La Floresta

This is the official website for La Floresta Brea, a new, multigenerational master planned community, conveniently located in the heart of Orange County, California just 20 miles northwest of John Wayne Airport, and slated to begin new home sales in late 2012.

Approved in June 2010 for innovative mixed use development, La Floresta Brea ultimately will include:

• La Floresta Village, featuring a variety of new home opportunities for all ages, including single family homes, town homes, live/work residences and recreation center.
• Buena Vida at La Floresta, a gated enclave of  detached and attached residential choices for residents 55+ and will feature an expansive private clubhouse;
• Neighborhood commercial center with  specialty offices, retail and restaurants;
• A retirement resort community by Oakmont Senior Living, with optional senior services.
• A redesigned Birch Hills Golf Course, multi-family workforce rental housing, town homes and new community center;
